The Initial meeting with the property owner is the key to understand our clients' vision, desired use and goals, as well as to review the existing landscape elements and site any potential issues or constraints of the property.
Once the design proposal is executed, then site work begins. We verify all measurements from the accessors arial picture, by hand measuring, taking site photographs, and shoot grade if needed.
All the information is gathered and is transcribed to create an accurate base map of the existing condition of the site which we refer to as the base plan. The base plan is then created, and will become the basis on which all additional design plans, surface details, land grading, and plantings will depend on.
